Way Cool Crafting

ACE Kids K-12 / Arts & Crafts -
Winter 2023

Explore a seemingly endless supply of fun materials in this “craft-tacular” class. We'll use yarn, popsicle sticks, beads, and more to make a variety of projects including fluffy pompoms, puppets, and pillows. Expand your crafting skills, learn to sew, or improve your sewing skills as we experiment with different stitches. Crafting really is cool!

Hui Ru Liang

Hui Ru Liang is a longtime yarn crafter who loves to share her passion for crafting with children of all ages. She is a long time kindergarten TA at Thompson and has co-taught the popular KidZone class Yarn Play, and Felt Fun for several years.

Lisa Luongo Treadwell

Lisa Treadwell is an Arlington resident, parent to middle schoolers, and Thompson Elementary Kindergarten Teaching Assistant who has a love of being creative, cooking, travel and time with friends and family.
