Welcome the new year by exploring pranayama through a variety of breathing techniques known to improve your physical health, reduce stress, improve sleep, and enhance mindfulness. Pranayama is an ancient Yogic and scientific practice of guiding focus to your Pranic energy (life force/vitality) through a controlled breath and applying that focus to balance the body and the mind. This class is an all levels class uniting breath to yoga postures (asanas).

Rejeni Sharma
After restarting her yoga practice to help recover from an injury, Rejeni Sharma became a committed practitioner, embracing the full depth of yoga by integrating its mental, physical, and spiritual aspects into her daily life. Rejeni completed her 200-hour teacher training during the pandemic and is now exploring pranayama and meditation. She believes the practice of yoga is for everyone and offers a path to focus your mind, connect with the body and breath, and maintain a balance in today’s overly stimulating and hectic world.
