Read & Discuss: 100 Years of Best American Short Stories

Adult Enrichment / Writing & Literature -
Fall 2022

Please note: Each individual must register separately, even if sharing a screen.

Since 1915, The Best American Short Stories (BASS) yearly anthology has provided a window into America’s literary trends. We’ll read and discuss a representative selection of entries from BASS’s first century using 100 Years of the Best American Short Stories, edited by Lorrie Moore and Heidi Pitlor. The instructor will provide additional readings and background information about stories and authors discussed.
