Felted Bowl Workshop (Family)

Family Classes -
Fall 2022

Please note: This class will take place on Wednesday, 11/9 at Arlington High School.

Felting, the oldest known way to make fabric, combines layers of wool fibers into one flat piece without knitting or weaving. The workshop will begin with a brief tutorial on felting basics. We will use the “mold” method, which involves molding the wool fleece over a stiff form. Your completed felted bowl will make a unique decor accent or can be used for a variety of functional applications, such as a key dish or pencil holder. Ages 8+

Please note: Tuition is for 1 adult plus 1 or 2 children. Please register under adult's name only.
