You will feel as if you’ve traveled to Paris after making this delicious, yet simple meal. Begin with a classic French bistro dish, salade verte with warm goat cheese croquettes. Next make a caramelized onion and goat cheese galette, a mouthwatering savory rustic tart. Our plat principal will be a simple but elegant salmon with mustard tarragon sauce. We finish the meal with crêpes caramel—the sauce will make you swoon! Receive wine suggestions to pair with your meal and enjoy a fun evening of cooking and eating at home with a friend or loved one. Please note: A list of ingredients and substitutions will be sent before the class.

Roberta Hing has been teaching cooking classes for over 20 years, traveling the world and exploring cuisines and attending cooking classes in countries including the Philippines, Ecuador, and Croatia. She learned to cook from her mother, a native of China, who always prepared traditional Chinese meals.
