The Instant Pot is a life-saving kitchen appliance that can help home cooks make a wide variety of healthy and delicious meals in record time. Learn about the different functions of this electric pressure cooker. We’ll talk about pros and cons and which types of food should or should not be cooked in the Instant Pot. Then we'll make Pho Ga, noodle soup with chicken, and Ga Kho, caramel ginger chicken stew. We’ll eat the delicious noodle soup for lunch and can save the stew for dinner. Ploy Khunisorn is a native of Thailand, and went to Suan Dusit International Culinary School before pursuing her Master’s Degree in Sustainability at Harvard University and Master’s Degree in Education at Cambridge College. She started teaching cooking classes in 2014, and has now taught over 3,000 students to cook a variety of cuisines from around the world. She now works for Commonwealth Kitchen as Director of Educational Programs.
