Feeling Gratitude in Our Turbulent Times

Gratitude is a thank you, and its highest form is a simple appreciation of the gift of life. Accessing our sense of gratitude is easier to do when things are going well. So, what do we do with our more conflicted, complex feelings when our personal lives and the issues in our community are challenging? Reconciling our outer and inner experiences is crucial to genuinely feeling appreciation, and it is worth the effort. Being consciously grateful has been shown to have positive results—spiritually, mentally, and physically. It provides the energetic basis for shift, change, and feeling better about yourself and your life. This class will explore how a gratitude practice will help you do this. We’ll discuss and learn from each other, you’ll set your intention to connect with gratitude, and take steps to establish or renew a gratitude practice in your life. Please have a journal or paper and pen handy.
