Introduction to Adobe Photoshop

Adult Enrichment / Fine Arts & Crafts -
Fall 2021

Explore Adobe Photoshop, the photo-editing software used by professionals. With guided instruction, learn how to create eye-catching images using the basic tools of Photoshop. Discover how to adjust an image’s color or perspective, correct blemishes, create layers, and add text. We’ll cover the basic functions of Photoshop with plenty of time for hands-on practice to get a true sense of how fun and easy editing your pictures can be. Please note: Computers running Adobe Photoshop will be provided, although the ability to access Photoshop outside class is recommended in order to practice. To get the most from this course, you must be familiar with how to use a personal computer and be comfortable with the internet. No Photoshop experience necessary. Please note: class dates are 10/12 (no class 11/2) - last class is 11/16.
